Sometimes you don’t need an entire conference covered- all you’re needing is a Keynote Session recorded to promote yourself or your organization!

With this Keynote Speaker Package, we’ve created the perfect starting point for you. This package includes up to 3 hours of filming time and 4 deliverables. Filming includes up to 3 camera angles, audio capture and lighting for any pre/post interviews.

Deliverables include 1x Keynote Speaker Session Edit (1-2 Hour Edited Video), 1x Highlight Video (2-3 Minutes), 1x Social Media Edit (30-60 Seconds), and all of the Raw Footage.

Need More Content? With up to 3 hours of filming included, you may be able to squeeze in a few interviews or attendee testimonials! These recordings will be included in your raw footage. Any edits including these additional interviews are charged at $150/Video (1-3 Minutes).

Need More Time? Additional Hours may be added on at $250/Hour.

All Prices & Packages include an Online Payment charge (4.25%). The Online Payment charge may be waived if you choose to pay via ACH or Wire Transfer.

Whether you’re based in San Antonio or in Houston, we service all of Texas! We charge a travel rate of $1/Mile outside of San Antonio.

Austin, TX: $80

Houston, TX: $200

Dallas, TX: $275

Downtown Parking: $50

For events lasting multiple days outside of San Antonio, the client is responsible for overnight hotel reimbursement.

For out-of-state travel, the client is responsible for any air travel expenses and additional transportation/hotel expenses.
